·        Morning  : Within 9’o clock Take a Reach Breakfast like Idly, Idiappam, Dosa, Fruits, Dale, Nutrition Food Avoid Fast Food
·        In-between  11’o clock Take Lemon Juice, or any other juices
·        After noon : Nearly 1’O clock Take Some Rice with More Vegetable like 1:3 Percentage
·        Evening : Within 4-5 Take Coffee or Tea Don’t  Eat Snacks
·        Night    : Within 8’O Clock Take light Food


Daily Health Tips

  1. Daily Morning or evening Walk Regularly
  2. Don't Sleep Day Time
  3. Sleep in night 8 Hours
  4. Take Oil Bath weekly Once
  5. Before Sleep Wash the foot
  6. Before Sleep Don't Watch TV, Computer
  7. Take Regular Food Time
